i'm so excited for all three of you! it's so crazy that you're all about to be taking such big steps into the future. and i love you all so, so much and can't wait to see you and talk about engagements and weddings and life and happiness and worries and...goodness.

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If they fall down, they can help each other up. But pity those who fall and have no one to help them up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. The Shore Four
Our story begins in a place called Lakeshore, where we spent summers together that we'll never forget. Jackie and Jenny were already well acquainted, of course. Miranda and Danielle came along around a bit later. Post-uterus, you might say. While volunteering, we shared our fears of never being hired. When working there, we kept one another strong so that we could perform well for our campers. When we left, we cried together and promised to keep in touch.
And we have, though rather sporadically.
This blog is our attempt to stay united through our remaining time in college, and on into the rest of our lives. We're very different people- but we share a bond that we are not willing to lose.
So, here we will form our support system. We will share thoughts, stories, laughs, suggestions, prayer requests, and anything else that may come up.
We will keep hold of our cord of four strands so that none of us ever find ourselves without a lifeline to grasp, should we ever need one. We will give one another a sense of presence, despite the miles that keep us apart.
And we have, though rather sporadically.
